Julie directed all aspects of strategic partnership development and customer acquisition including establishing and negotiating channel partnerships, and organizing and leading sales efforts.

As an artist, Julie is inspired to create Healing Mandalas in watercolor. A mandala represents wholeness, and may be viewed as a model for the organizational structure of life itself - a cosmic diagram that reminds us of our relation to the infinite, the world that extends both beyond and within our bodies and minds. Julie's paintings have been featured at area hospitals, the West Michigan Cancer Center, and other places of healing. Her mandalas appear throughout this website. Julie has embarked on a project to paint the Ninety-nine Names of God in the form of mandalas as a global peace building project.

Maya
Transformation Detector
Maya is a Norwegian Elkhound / Husky hybrid. Her keen ability to analyze like-minded individuals and discern their intentions provides valuable insight to her co-workers. Originally from Norway (so her ancestry suggests), no one is quite clear how she found her way to Southwest Michigan nine years ago. Her main focus is to corral the Elk, Wolves, and Bears in town. She is clearly performing an excellent job since these preditors have not been spotted in Three Rivers for several decades.
Maya joined Transilient Group in July 2008, having come highly recommended by her rescue foster mom. Julie is grateful that Maya is willing to share of herself so fully, and delights in the unending surprises of transformation that Maya reveals on a daily basis.

"Julie and Transilient have been transforming for me in so many ways. I found Julie as I was journeying through a life stage that questioned the very core of my belief systems. I wasn’t sure who I was or what on earth I was doing here in this lifetime. I knew I had a purpose, something meaningful to be doing. I knew that it was important to find what that is and how to bring it into being. Julie led us down that path of discovery, dropping bread crumbs to show the way and making us work for each critical bit of information. The work was hard, the digging deep but the value of the gem uncovered is incalculable.
As a coach I can’t recommend Julie highly enough. Her listening skills are impeccable, her inquiry insightful and her thoughtful exploration gentle but focused. She isn’t afraid to ask the tough questions or to wrap you in a hug when the answers are slow to come and the struggle exhausting."
